Burning my weekends in school isn't fun at all.. In fact, it feels really weird, it made me forget that day's a Sunday! The previous weekend lectures sux, cos i dont like that lecturer who flew in from London. Too bigshot already, head super big, got attitude problem nah.. That was the first time that i saw a teacher walk away from a student who's trying to ask questions in a polite manner during a scheduled Q & A session where students can bring up questions to ask the lecturer personally. The Q & A session's supposed to be from 4-5pm, but he seemed to be in a big hurry to leave at 415pm. He brushed aside my friend's question & even asked why she didnt ask during his lecture. We all went (-.o''')
Hope this coming weekend's lectures will be good.. It'll make sacrificing weekends seem more worthwhile..
On Good Friday, i went back to school for lesson.. Yeah public holiday neh.. Make me feel so 'no life'... People go out on holidays, we also go out on holidays, but we go out ----to school.. First time having lesson on public holiday in my life.. Hohoho.. Kinda weird feeling~
So to appease this queasy feeling of being deprived of a rest day, i went to Tampines 1 the new mall to check things out after school. Damn it's crowded as expected, Tampines central on weekends and holidays are packed with so many people that u think Tamp residents have no other interests other than shopping. But people are streaming in so constantly that it's hard to even get into the mall, and what's more? The escalator linking level 1 and 2 is spoilt. WALAU A! Overloaded and overworked escalator broke down within 2 days of the mall's opening... Had to join the long queue to go up to level 2 cos i wanna see Uniqlo's first store in Southeast Asia~
Overheard someone saying 'I want my limited edition escalator!!'
Finally went up to level 2---- saw snaking queue outside Uniqlo, there's just too many people wanting to go into the shop, queued till the toilets there lor. WALAU A, i decided not to go in, got a Uniqlo flyer from the cute guy standing outside, he was so busy trying to distribute those flyers to all those who are eager to see what designs are available. Giving out flyers have never been this easy.
You dont even have to try and stuff it in front of someone's hands, people just kept dangling hands in front of you, waiting to lay their hands on the next flyer that you're giving out^^
Tampines 1's quite a big place, i looked up & saw there's like at least 6 levels up, didnt count in the basement levels as i didnt venture there.
I just love the beautiful sky!!~
