DANCESCAPE ~
Woo... Time flies... Got lost amidst a mad flurry of rehearsals and preparations.. Spent 3 days at the venue.. NAFA campus 3 for 3 whole days~~ Do stage lightings & position marking...
Full dress rehearsals... With costume, hair and makeup..
So, days of make up & hair spray/gel = hair spoil, face also spoil..
6 dec came and went..

Woo... Wasn't at all nervous.. I don't have stage fright to begin with, so it's ok... I can look at the audience with ease. Well, as though as we can really see the audience cos all the lights are on us and the rest of the theatre's pitch black.
The strong stage lights need so getting used to... Have problems finding my way when making an entrance as the stage lights opposite directly shines on my eyes -blinding!
Have problems finding my way out when the stage dims to sudden darkness -ahh instant blindness, need to find some walking shadow & follow to exit the stage quickly!

They helped out alot in this production.. Not just as performers but also as backstage crew -lay dance mat, do stage decor... Amazing!~ And the most amazing one's Herman -- he designed and created the beautiful reception area.. Though i didnt get a chance to see.. heard that it's really nice.. Anyone took pics of it? hehe..

Yeah, give u a glimpse of our girls' dressing room.. If guys wanna come in, need to knock.. And the most frequent visitor's Herman, cos he needed to look for a lot of stuff here.. He was quite busy with the reception area decor, but he's quite at ease here.. Like his 2nd home already.. Muahaha.. Won't feel weird at all..

Rehearsals can be tiring... coupled with waiting-for-your-item long periods..

Ruodan asked me to help take pics of her and her 'lover' Adam ---they performed a duet in 3ed segment.. Out of the blue, Liu xing appeared in the picture when i clicked the button..
Tadah!!! You see the beautiful tree as backdrop behind the lovers.

Of course, Liu xing wanted to pose so much, must take one with Adam right? Hehe..

This 2 are real good at posing and has rich expressions..
So when they dance in a group, all eyes will naturally focus on them... Just too outstanding~~ in a good way of course!


For the afternoon show, many of my dearie frens turned up.. But time's tight, so didnt have enough time to talk.. Stand 1 circle around me^^ Thanks for the flower too!
Night show, my parents & Li xuan and Weiling came..

So i've more time to chat with them.. Thanks babe for the flower!~ *muacks*

With Samarx & LX here.. Ignore our hair, it looks horrendous after several hairstyle changes during the 3 segment..
Like what Yuan ting said, first we tie our hair neatly in plaid for Chinese dance, perm our hair (it's a long curly hair wig la) for Malay/Indian dance and rebond our hair (try our best to recover our hair within minutes) for the last song & dance segment..


Cloud has had a wonderful experience in her first ever dance performance.. And it's a big ticketed dance production... Woots~~
Never in my life had i dreamt of doing Chinese dance, can't believe i did it man! hehe..
I still prefer hip hop though, if got chance wanna learn leh... Anyone interested? Or got some lobang, can tell me?
