Outing with 2E/2F 4F/4J girls!!
Love Sihui, Hanjie, Mel, Chee Yun, Charlene, Joanne, Charlynn, Yuwen...
Hadnt seen some of them in more than a year! Ooh.. Cant believe it! Time flies..

We went to Little India (kinda weird destination.. but Sisi got sick of shopping malls.. hehe) to eat. Armed with a map & restaurant addresses, we took to the streets of Little India to look for a nice restaurant with enough seats to accomodate 9 of us. Not too easy considering the fact that it was lunch hour.

Yuwen and i sitting with a tableful of Indian food.
U can see paper dosai (big big piece), pxxxxx (look like roti prata one but the name is much diff to remember), poori (2 big fried puffs -1 of them look kinda deflated) and the one in front of me is masala dosai (sth like paper dosai but it's stuffed with yummy potatoes which looked a tad weird in that dark shade of yellow -wonder what spices they used, but it's nice!)

Joanne and Charlynn posing in front of the big big gigantic 'oops i forgot the name' dish, it's the much humongous version of the poori that HJ ordered. Though it's just air inside, Char said it's a lot for her to eat... yeah just look at that sheer size! It didnt look that huge in the pictures displayed in the restaurant. Lol.

After eating we walked along the shophouses...
Melmel, Charlene & i bought bangles.. 3 for $5 quite cheap orh and i dont mean 3 bangles, but 3 'stacks' of bangles. I tore open the packaging & wore it right after i bought it. haha if i dont wear it in Little India, where else is more suitable to wear it?
Sisi said Little India's kinda close to Bugis (i reckoned i never knew) and said we could walk there. And we really did, under the hot merciless afternoon sun... Ohhh i am like a melting snowman~
Bugis Village's darn packed with people, this Monday certainly didnt feel like a Monday, it's more like Friday night. Lol.. Witnessed and became part of the squashed crowd of people who had problems crossing the road at the pedestrian crossing between Bugis Junction & Bugis Village, was stuck in the middle portion of the road behind the railings and waited for 3 'green man' before we could finally get out of the middle portion of the road. If i were alone, i would climb over the railings and crossed the road (relatively easy task for me.. hehe i've scaled higher railings before.. while wearing skirt.. lol.. but dun worry, i wont zhao geng one la.. it just dun look nice.. but heck care) For those who managed to cross half the road but failed to squeeze into the middle portion of the road cos of the railings stood outside the railings, it was very dangerous, with vehicles whizzing right past them. I agreed with a STOMP user who posted a photo of the crowded Bugis Village road that something needs to be done asap, before someone gets knocked down.
In Bugis Junction...

Melissa standing outside a restaurant.. Somehow i think she looks slightly different in this photo, maybe cos she was looking away from the camera on purpose?
I like the red and black contrast~

Next up, it's Wenzi, Sisi and i 'promoting' some store by posing in front of the name.
Haha GO GREEN! *Tugging at the poor leaf*

We began taking more pics...
Yuwen and her ostrich hand below.. LOL

And of course those funny spur of the moment photos that will bring a smile to your face 10 years down the road

Hadnt been to Bugis area for the past few months, so this visit is kinda refreshing.. hehe.. The place seems 'New' to me cos of some tenant changes.
Never knew there was an arcade in Bugis Junction until Si brought us there.
Watched the pros play arcade games most of the time. There were many interesting 'wa wa ji' there, hmm i forgot the english name of those machines, just machines with an unbelievably powerless 'claws' and loaded with cute cuddly big/small soft toys.
Played a game of shooting hoops together with Si (at 1 machine.. on hindsight, we shld've used separate machines.. reason?? pls read on), my first time playing this game.. hehe.. The hoops machines were quite popular, maybe interest in them revived cos of 100% Entertainment/Yu le bai fen bai's shooting hoops machine challenge? Watched a few guys finish their game before we could start, it wasnt hard to notice that a guy with nicely styled copper brown hair (like those Taiwanese boyband members) was the most skilled among those 4 guys playing. Yeah and 'he' got the best score & jumped to 'his' friend in exhilaration. Notice the apostrophes? Haha, that was when i saw 'his' entire face and realised it wasnt a pretty boy over there. 'He's' a girl! LOL.. All of us thought she was a guy initially cos of her dressing & hairstyle.
Our game: scores was quite low cos just after starting, both our aiming were so good that 2 balls were stuck together (oh yes side by side) on top of the hoop. So we tried to hit the balls down with other balls repeatedly to get them off the hoop. But it wasnt easy, i was like HMPH! This is annoying! &%*#@! #% As i tossed a ball real hard and knocked both balls into the hoop. Woah~ Nice shot.. but by then, much time was wasted and we couldnt proceed to 2nd round of the game to gain more points =x
