NAPFA 5 items.. It's over today! Hoots haha.. Didn't feel any fatigue at all -does that mean that i didn't put in enough effort? Haha but i've gotten all the As that i wanted. Considered job done~

Yeps but i was kinda pissed at the situp station..
Not too happy about my Sit-up score: 45, though it far exceeds the no. required to obtain an A (30 in 1min) Cos i missed the last chance to set a personal best record.
All because of that oh-so-strict-till-u-can-hardly-believe-it teacher. While we were doing sit-ups, she kept emphasizing that our shoulders didn't touch the mats. WTH. I could feel my shoulders going 'kot-kot-kot' on the mat as i was doing sit-ups at a high speed. I tried to slow down a lil to make sure she see my shoulders touch the mat (i scared she 'lao hua yan' la) but she isn't convinced, 'bong-bong-bong' hit the mat behind me & said 'last warning'. WTF. So i slooooww down further, opening my arms so that my upper arms can lay flat on the mat.
Spoil my momentum kay?! I could have gone to do more than 50.
We only have 1 min. yet she still come & 'ka-jiao' us =x
I've been doing sit-ups for many years, 1st time doing sth like this: cupping my palms over my ears, elbows pointing forward to touch my knees then quickly switch directions in mid-air so that my upper arms can hit the mat to prove that my shoulders are touching the mat. Very 不顺+不爽
My fren Ver got it worse, she supposedly 'ignored' her warnings & kenna stopped even b4 1 min is up. She thot of an excellent nickname for her 'Lipid Beach'. Agreed (if u dun get it, read that out aloud) Maybe she's just jealous that we can do a dozen more sit-ups than her. Lols

Sit & Reach: My Strongest Item ever since pri sch i think.. also the easiest.. just sit there & bend forward -every able-bodied human can do that
Need only a mere 45cm to get A, but i usually stretch much further than that.
66cm
Not bad lah cos i didnt like the set-up of the measuring scale/apparatus (aiya.. cant find a better word to use) whenever i stretch to almost 60cm, i'll hit the measuring thingy. So this time i looked up to decide where to put my head in order not to get a 'baluku'. Left or right? I cant go beneath as i've got a big head =x being a rightie, i settled for the right side & continued to let my fingers do the walking. Was hoping to get 68cm (70cm target is too far liaox -max of the scale) But haiz.. Maybe i got distracted by the 'head hazard' aka instrument of measurement (hmph.. still cant think of a better word)

Shuttle Run: 11:1s
Never seem to be able to run below 11s, was yearning to see my timing as 10:X
Nvm.. I'm happy to get another A in the line-up

Inclined pull-up
My No.1 Napfa nemesis... it'd been my stumbling block ever since pri sch and i began failing it after stepping into tee jay. I knew i did 0 2 years ago -all that i did wasnt considered to be valid & i forgot how many i did last year prob 1 or 2 after much shaking and shifting. This time round i could do 2 nice ones.. Got improvement leh..
Heh heh
Like real..
Nothing to be proud of..

Standing B Jump: 170cm
My best record was prob arnd 174cm & i just deteriorated from there. My usual jumps are either invalid cos i have this annoying tendency to land one foot after another or are in the range of 160+
Phew.. can now jump a distance longer than my height.. Nothing amazing.. I've no motivation to get a C -to get Gold (couple more cms away i think) as i already flunked the whole Napfa after failing IPU & to get an A, need to jump >190cm which is like DOTS -impossoble, unless i borrow wings..

Fly xuanxuan fly!

Final tally: 22/30
Heh my usual standards.. Always have no problems scoring above 20 (between 22-24 points) yet still fail. This is what i call fail spectacularly.
Bwahwah..
It's always amazing to see how unfair Napfa test is..
