NAPFA test -2.4km run

Slow. slow. slow

Mon's group pe's the last grp pe of the year (^o^v) so i thought we'll be having lighter pe since we'll be running our 2.4 on thur. WRONG. Oh man, i should have just ponned like some of the rest of my cgmates. Haha.
Stupid circuit training -4 rounds around the track + stupid tedious exercises to be done after each round left me with intense muscle aches on my arms on the day itself (that's fast!) & somehow my legs began aching the very next day.

Tight thigh muscles affected my running yesterday. Started to walk at the start of the 3rd round, i reckon i look like a complete idiot as i tried massaging my legs while walking. Not much of use though. My legs are pretty screwed that morning.
Shhheett.. Almost thought i couldn't make it..
But..
I don't want the 1st 2 rounds to go to waste.
Persevere!
So i walked for a short while during my 4th & 5th rounds to soothe the pain in my legs.

Eventually i clocked 13:16 got position card no. 17
Hehe got my A (as usual) with 'ease' but i felt it's a wasted opportunity -i wanted to break the 13min barrier with lesser walking initially, but i ended up walking a whole lot more... =x

Now... My calves are also aching.. Gosh..

Won't be running much from now on. Running too much isn't too good for flat-footers like me..
SiAnzz.. still rmb what that physiotherapist said to me the last time (if u've been reading my blog haha in my prev post i mentioned sth she said 'U're extremely flatfooted & can kill an ant by stepping on it')
Never mind about how many ants i had killed on the track..
IT'S OVER!!!
