Dreadful countdown to prelims... 10 more days!
What the...
I need a Dummy's Guide on 'How not to be a drifter', 'How not to be a stoner', 'How not to be a slacker', 'How not to be a
procrastinator'
'How to be a successful mugger' and of course! (the forever best-selling) 'How to be a high scorer'
=----------------=
The irony behind the term 'Study Break', not take a break from studying, but take a break (from school) to study. But i'm still going back to sch, as i find the sch lib condusive for studying.
Teejay library: Mugger Zone
Keep out!
Lolx.. 1 week of study break gotta end soon... Shhhhheeeet!

WAYS to turn men down.. with free doses of sarcasm *evil winks*
HE : Can I buy you a drink?
SHE : Actually I'd rather have the money.
practical girl eh?! ($.$) money facedHE : I'm a photographer. I've been looking for a face like yours.
SHE: I'm a plastic surgeon. I've been looking for a face like yours.
pure evil~ hiak hiak hiakHE : Hi. Didn't we go on a date once? Or was it twice?
SHE : Must've been once. I never make the same mistake twice.
HE : How did you get to be so beautiful?
SHE : I must've been given your share.
HE : Will you go out with me this Saturday?
SHE : Sorry. I'm having a headache this weekend.
HE : Your face must
turn a few heads.
SHE : And your face must
turn a few stomachs.
HE : Go on ,don't be shy.
Ask me out.
SHE : Okay,
get out.
Hey girl, playing on words huh?HE : I think I could make you very happy.
SHE : Why? Are you leaving?
HE : What would you say if I ask you to marry me?
SHE : Nothing. I can't talk and laugh at the same time.
HE : Can I have your name?
SHE : Why? Don't you already have one?
Another good one..HE : Shall we go see a movie?
SHE : I've already seen it.
HE : Where have you been all my life?
SHE : Hiding from you.
Man, i love this.HE : Haven't I seen you some place before?
SHE : Yes. That's why I don't go there anymore.
HE : Is this seat empty?
SHE : Yes, and this one will be if you sit down.
HE : So, what do you do for a living?
SHE : I'm a female impersonator.
HE : Hey baby, what's your sign?
SHE : Do not enter.
HE : Your body is like a temple.
SHE : Sorry, there are no services today
HE : If I could see you naked, I'd die happy.
SHE : If I saw you naked, I'd probably die laughing.
All these are from an email btw, i arent so free (and evil) to come up with these myself.
Nowadays i seem to be too lazy to forward emails.. hehe so i just post some of them here (with my own comments of course!)

CURRENTLY LISTENING to: Teppei Koike's new album 'Pieces'Some of my favourite songs include Sweet Summer, 絵葉書, 何処かの空, 君に贈る歌, My Brand New Way..
I admit that i was initially attracted by his pretty boy looks (he seemed to have walk out of some anime/manga!) haha.. ok.. like most girls i guess.. Didn't think his songs were nice.. But after listening to his album, i began to like his signature whiny pipes (just think of it as cute =p)
After doing a lil searching on the Internet (isn't v easy cos i can't read Japanese characters for goodness sake! =x)
Surprise, surprise! He's born on 5 January 1986!!! Share the
same birthday as me! Haha he's just a lil older, but is much more cuter than me.
Teppei's a member of the boyband WaT, here's Eiji Wentz
Wentz and Teppei. That's how the band name came about.
Wentz released a single recently, but i haven't got the time to listen to it.
Hmm.. So this is the album that's accompanying me while i prepare for my Prelims..
Realised that i've listening to a different album before each exam.
For June Common Test, Dong Bang Shin Ki's Jap album Five In The Black's accompanying me through the late nights..
For Promos last year, it's Dong Bang Shin Ki's Korean album 'O jung.ban.hap'
There were 4 versions to that album (but poor cloud had only enough $ for one) i bought Version D, with concert DVD ^.^ The cover looked something like this (below)
Kinda like some fairy tale or fantasy theme..
The reason for listening to J/K music when i'm studying is partly because i don't understand the languages, needn't bother to decipher the lyrics & think about the story behind the song = lesser distractions!?!

Delta House Food Function
Have absolutely no idea why the theme of the function is Shrek.. probably cos our house colour is green???
Event starts at 4pm, clover, yw & i went at 425pm.. Hmm the turnout's pathetic... =x
The 'performance' was 2 persons fighting on 2 stools with a long spongy pole-like thing, reminds me of the game during sports carnival that the guys enjoyed (fighting on a inflatable platform) just that this was the 'toned-down version' Lols
The game goes like this, there's a appointed guy as the fighter & challengers try to knock him off the stool within the shortest time. A girl who's brave enough to take up the challenge (for the sake of Haagen Daz vouchers perhaps?) took a long time to knock that guy off. Imagine this, she was like screaming/shouting/yelping all the way.. 'Hey u hit my face, i cant see anything!' Eventually one guy suddenly pulled the other end of the pole held by that guy & effectively pulled him down the stool. Phew..
The winner took approximately 19 sec, resorting to tickling that guy instead of hitting. So it was v v funny~ 2 guys tickling each other with the spongy poles ^o^
The irony is.. the winner didnt come from Delta House, haha he's just a free rider who came for the food.
Other games include the food fight:
Competitors had to eat a stack of bread, the fastest eater wins. Sounds easy?
The catch is.. There's different contents in between the layers of bread -kaya, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, cocoa powder like thing = gross!
Aiya too bad Darren isn't in there, if not he sure win one la! He's one hungry guy who can wolf down tons of food & he won the Pancake Eating Competition organised by students council or house comm.. i forgot
Talking about the food.. We have pizzas, doughnuts, cakes, koko krunch, honeystars, m&ms.. Whole lot of sweet sweet sinful stuff. The house comm people are smart, dishing out food slowly so that they don't get depleted (no food=no crowd) So i kept seeing this guy running around with a tray of food frequently.
Heehee.. Enjoyed a filling meal.. Back to the library for studying..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JIRO OF FAHRENHEIT!
Hohohoh.. He's so cute..
Noticed him way before he came out as a member of the boyband, from his exaggerated to the extent of being super comical performance in the idol drama 恶作剧之吻, i was kinda afraid that this cute guy was destined to become a pathetic 谐星, judging from his role in the drama.
花样少年少女 was slightly better, but still.. very 谐星like..
Oh btw, his co-star Tang Yuzhe's birthday is coming up too.. 2 sept ^^
Both of them are Virgos -perfectionists?
Lolx
Ganbatte 'gyapower'! haha that's jiro's wretch's blog address, a purposely misspelt form of 'gay power' lolx..
Today's Elva's birthday too! I used to like Elva, but now i prefer Jolin.. ^.^

On my quest to becoming a full-fledged mugger..For the first time in my whole JC life.. I've been mugging in the school library almost everyday for the past week. The lib has specially extended opening hours up till 830pm to facilitate students' revision for the exams.
I
love teejay lib! Not only they allow us to sleep in there -we can also eat & drink! Haha.. Amazing! Long hours spent in the cold library, coupled with intensive use of brainpower & eyepower speed up metabolism, giving rise to hordes of hungry students. Commonly smuggled food includes sweets, biscuits, peanuts, chocolates & drinks (canned, packets, bottles) can be found on tabletops (for all to see) & discarded in the rubbish bins. The hardworking librarian kept going around emptying all the bins (for hygiene reasons la.. before it stink up the whole lib) it must have been hard on him. Thanks Mr Librarian! (i forgot his name btw)
Initially, we were afraid of being caught for eating, hiding packs of biscuits in our bags & beneath lecture notes. (Heard from my fren formerly from AXJC, that sch's librarians are very strict & once a student is caught on closed circuit camera eating a sweet or something, the librarian will come up to do some scolding) But here over in teejay.. No CCTV.. quite lax yeah.. Hooray.. Soon we realise no one's getting into trouble.. So heheh.. Plastic bags loaded with food started appearing everywhere. The uncle working in the 7-11 opposite sch & the auntie in the nearby provision shop must have been kept busy ^^
Once, i saw some 'unidentified' objects 'flying' in the air (No! my weary eyes aren't playing tricks on me!) turned out that they were peanuts tossed into the air by a group of bored guys. They toss 1 peanut into the air, let it land nicely in their mouths & started munching. haha.. I haven't mastered the technique of this 'fun' form of eating. Should go practise someday.. ^.^

Econs crap
While going through case study questions..
the word 'bank' appeared somewhere inside
Student C: 'Cher how to open a bank?
i went dots.. -_-''' here's the start for more things to come
Tutor: Firstly, you need to have money
Student C (cutting in): That means if i got money, i can open bank la?!
Tutor: Need to get licence
Student C: Ohh.. Haha.. Later i take the money run away
Student D: Hey! (Student C's name) you conman!!
Student A: How come loanshark is so rich?
Student E: They collect high interests what..
Student A: What if i'm dying, can i go borrow money, then i pass it to my son?
Student E: They will get it from your son
Student C: Don't tell them u got kid la
Tutor: Ok.. u can go try then tell me if it works
(aiyo.. if really die liao, where got chance to find him??
unless.. UNLESS.. u're talking about erhmmmm.. *gust of cold wind* *leaves rustling & flying*)
Tutor: Any proper questions?
[end of crapping]
Sounds a lil less entertaining/exciting/engaging than the previous crappings aka interruptions?
Haha yeps.. Cos 1 person's missing from the lineup, took me awhile to realise that Student B's nodding his head in a rhythmic motion... he's soundly asleep.. no wonder without Student C's 'partner-in-crime', Student C's crappings aren't heading anywhere.

[Random]
Tee jay corridors are DArn narrow.. Okay those who have been to or are studying in or graduated from tee jay should know. Unless they live near the post office (yan3 jing1 ta4 stamp -have stamps pasted on their eyes so that they can't see.. that's Mr Sim's joke)
That's partially why tee jay cians move from place to place at snail pace, a fast snail can hardly overtake that group of slow snails in front as there's little room for more than two 1-way traffic. Not to forget, the occasional outward swinging doors capable of causing grievous hurt as some innocent student may open the door without realising there's some poor chap walking outside & ended up kenna slammed by the door. That has happened countless times.. none fatal to date.. (heng arh!)
In such constrainted spaces noises seemed to be amplified.. Can overhear conversations easily..
Just overheard 1 super absurd extract of a convo between 2 guys..
Guy with Adidas bag (loud & clear): If u can run fast enough, can be faster than aeroplane.
Didnt catch the other guy's reply as we were heading in opposite directions =x
Clover and i went 'Dots' -_-'''
I thought.. what a lousy aeroplane, deserved to be scrapped a decade ago perhaps?
Who got those legs made of rockets? So power arh? Can go faster than aeroplane?! Go win the Olympics first la!

Realised that i'd been drinking lots and lots of Vitagen drinks lately..
Probably cos the friendly sales person dropped by my house every week or maybe every other week to sell Vitagen & my mum will buy 5 bottles packed like this.
There's a
new Vitagen Collagen on sale now, boosts 500mg of collagen in each bottle, supposedly to be beneficial to skin.. yeps, sounds nice? Of course! It better be, cos it's much more expensive than Vitagen Less Sugar.
Drank the lavender flavoured bottle yesterday, didnt think it taste much different from Vitagen Less Sugar, but the purple drink is nice anyway. Probably cos i like purple stuff?
Just drank another flavour -rose.. Argh! On first sip, it tasted like rose syrup.. OMG! How i hate rose syrup! Next time dont drink that one le.. Though it's in a lovely shade of pink.
The last flavour is original.. i think i can guess the taste.. haha the 'original' often has the most 'unoriginal' taste.
Wanted to find a picture of the product, googled it but i found none. Refusing to give up, i visited the Vitagen official website.. Nyeh it isnt up-to-date one loh.. No news or reports or ads whatever about the new product. What amazing marketing strategy!!! (sarcasm intended)
Shall rely on a prose description
The bottles are shrink-wrapped in packs of 5 (as usual) but instead of 'Vitagen' being printed on the bottles, there's a printed plastic wrapping on each bottle. Very colourful, very girlish i would say, esp the rose flavoured one.. with pictures of pink roses on it. I reckon any normal guy wouldnt want to be caught/seen drinking/holding one. (note: i arent referring to those 'guys' like darren who loves all things pink..and is proud to be 'pinker' than many girls.. lols)

NAPFA 5 items.. It's over today! Hoots haha.. Didn't feel any fatigue at all -does that mean that i didn't put in enough effort? Haha but i've gotten all the As that i wanted. Considered job done~
Yeps but i was kinda pissed at the situp station..
Not too happy about my
Sit-up score: 45, though it far exceeds the no. required to obtain an A (30 in 1min) Cos i missed the last chance to set a personal best record.
All because of that oh-so-strict-till-u-can-hardly-believe-it teacher. While we were doing sit-ups, she kept emphasizing that our shoulders didn't touch the mats. WTH. I could feel my shoulders going 'kot-kot-kot' on the mat as i was doing sit-ups at a high speed. I tried to slow down a lil to make sure she see my shoulders touch the mat (i scared she 'lao hua yan' la) but she isn't convinced, 'bong-bong-bong' hit the mat behind me & said 'last warning'. WTF. So i slooooww down further, opening my arms so that my upper arms can lay flat on the mat.
Spoil my momentum kay?! I could have gone to do more than 50.
We only have 1 min. yet she still come & 'ka-jiao' us =x
I've been doing sit-ups for many years, 1st time doing sth like this: cupping my palms over my ears, elbows pointing forward to touch my knees then quickly switch directions in mid-air so that my upper arms can hit the mat to prove that my shoulders are touching the mat. Very 不顺+不爽
My fren Ver got it worse, she supposedly 'ignored' her warnings & kenna stopped even b4 1 min is up. She thot of an excellent nickname for her 'Lipid Beach'. Agreed (if u dun get it, read that out aloud) Maybe she's just jealous that we can do a dozen more sit-ups than her. Lols
Sit & Reach: My Strongest Item ever since pri sch i think.. also the easiest.. just sit there & bend forward -every able-bodied human can do that
Need only a mere 45cm to get A, but i usually stretch much further than that.
66cm
Not bad lah cos i didnt like the set-up of the measuring scale/apparatus (aiya.. cant find a better word to use) whenever i stretch to almost 60cm, i'll hit the measuring thingy. So this time i looked up to decide where to put my head in order not to get a 'baluku'. Left or right? I cant go beneath as i've got a big head =x being a rightie, i settled for the right side & continued to let my fingers do the walking. Was hoping to get 68cm (70cm target is too far liaox -max of the scale) But haiz.. Maybe i got distracted by the 'head hazard' aka instrument of measurement (hmph.. still cant think of a better word)
Shuttle Run: 11:1s
Never seem to be able to run below 11s, was yearning to see my timing as 10:X
Nvm.. I'm happy to get another A in the line-up
Inclined pull-upMy No.1 Napfa nemesis... it'd been my stumbling block ever since pri sch and i began failing it after stepping into tee jay. I knew i did 0 2 years ago -all that i did wasnt considered to be valid & i forgot how many i did last year prob 1 or 2 after much shaking and shifting. This time round i could do 2 nice ones.. Got improvement leh..
Heh heh
Like real..
Nothing to be proud of..
Standing B Jump: 170cm
My best record was prob arnd 174cm & i just deteriorated from there. My usual jumps are either invalid cos i have this annoying tendency to land one foot after another or are in the range of 160+
Phew.. can now jump a distance longer than my height.. Nothing amazing.. I've no motivation to get a C -to get Gold (couple more cms away i think) as i already flunked the whole Napfa after failing IPU & to get an A, need to jump >190cm which is like DOTS -impossoble, unless i borrow wings..
Fly xuanxuan fly!Final tally: 22/30
Heh my usual standards.. Always have no problems scoring above 20 (between 22-24 points) yet still fail. This is what i call fail spectacularly.
Bwahwah..
It's always amazing to see how unfair Napfa test is..

Playing around with words~
Something interesting..
I was born intelligent -
education ruined me.
lolz.. formal education in schs often stifles creativity.. but the word 'ruin' comes across as a lil too strong to me leh.. i'm still in one piece (phews) after more than 10 years of education
Practice makes perfect..
But nobody's perfect...so why practice?
this must have been written by someone who's as lazy as meIf it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?
hmm help the others who are waiting to be helped?
think damsel in distress?
How come 'abbreviated' is such a long word?
i'm also interested to know.. who's that *#%@ who came up with such a long word when it's supposed to mean 'shortened version of oh-so-long words'
gotta use a teflon pan to knock some sense into him/her
hmm.. okays.. no violence
peace..
follow me: say 'peace'Success is a relative term. It brings so many relatives.
a good one playing on the word 'relative'
i understand the irony behind itMoney is not everything. There's Mastercard & Visa.
omg.. i have none of the above.. HOW?! *bangs head*
all i see now is STARS, no $$ or Mastercard =x
'Your future depends on your dreams'
So go to sleep
Bwahwah another one written by a lazy person
but i arent an insomniac, i dont need a reason to lull myself to sleep.. i just doThere should be a better way to start a day
Than waking up every morning
oh oh is there is there?? tell me lehHard work never killed anybody'
But why take the risk
go ahead: take the risk..
for the sake of insurance money'Work fascinates me'
I can look at it for hours
wow.. amazing!
let me introduce something called stoning aka rottingThe more you learn, the more you know,
The more you know, the more you forget
The more you forget, the less you know
So.. why learn
hmm why think so much?
just learn for the sake of learning or rather for the most of us -learn for the sake of the sickening exams.. in a futile hope that we'll be knowing more about this world that we live in, but in actual fact: we know nuts! PEANUTS!
as for forgetfulness?? it's my innate trait.. i'm still trying to live with it though

What's wrong today?
Not so fine day wor~
Wanted to logon Students Portal to update my pdp records after getting an sms notice only yesterday... Then today's like the last day to update before the system closes...
I think too many tee jay people also rushed in to update last min so the websites are down =x
But why now?!
Wth..
Wanted to take a quick bus ride from Yishun to Pasir Ris this afternoon, which supposedly take slightly more than half an hour. Ended up spending one hour stuck in a traffic jam along expressway (was it TPE?! - i arent sure cos i dun drive) due to stupid road works which took up a lane & a stupid double decker sbs bus that rammed into the road works or something. The traffic's crawling so slowly that i could remember the vehicles in the next 2 lanes crawling beside the bus i was travelling in. (from luxury cars like BMW, Mercs to Lexus & army vehicles with the sign 'Driver under Orientation' hung behind the vehicles & a crowded bus service no. 959)
Wth.
But phew luckily my bus isn't crowded, standing for an hour on the bus will totally shucks. Though sitting for more than an hour will result in aching butt + numb legs.
Today's not my day la..

National Day Celebrations
Went to sch today.. Woots.. Became 1 of the 6 poor souls from my CG to be present on the assembly ground this morning. My cg's not united & was never enthu. Unlike other cgs: spotted 1 super-duper-uber enthu class, all (or so it seems) turned up in red t-shirts, brought shades to act cool & bought little Singapore flags to wave around (those flags remind me of my pri sch days.. lol) to display their enthusiasm. They're determined to earn Temasek Challenge points for their cg (TC is a longlonglong competition that goes on for a year & the best cg gets $ rewards) Hehe. I think my cg's TC points is like 0 or something, cos no one cared to participate in whatsoever events/activities/competitions lined up by the sch, should count our lucky stars not to have points deducted for our automatic disqualification. Haix.. Oh btw, i turned up today not cos im patriotic, i got some SGC stuff to settle & need to look for tutor.. Haha.. Actually needless to say, I aren't a
guai kia.
Sky, YW & I practised our 'vanishing spells' & didnt join the celebrations in the hall. Wanted to study in the LEP room.. When we got there, we saw some guys there & found out the room's doors & windows are locked. DARN. Can't even climb in =x
So we went around looking for suitable hiding spots to avoid detection by OM & patrolling tutors. The guys were Darn loud, stepping on metal drain covers *clank-clang-clank* wth they really don't know how to be discrete. Being
smart girls, we didn't bother to follow them, we were much faster & those spots they were looking in, we'd already considered. Finally found a nice sheltered place. Shhhhh.. shan't disclose the secret location as i may still need it in future. It isn't exactly comfortable, but at least there's a roof on top of our heads, heard that the guys settled in the 'wilderness' (an area behind classrooms, facing the green green grass patch)
Our 'hideout' is quite quiet so every sound gets amplified, footsteps (from the hardworking cleaners perhaps?!) got us riled up as we'll suspect whether it's tutors out to catch students in hiding & we'll gather our stuff, moving to see if we are in 'danger'. After sometime, we got sick of all these false alarms & just leave it to
fate. Since we are already in such a secluded place, if we still kenna caught. Then... What can i say? It just DArn suay loh.
That's when i longed for
Harry Potter's Invisible Croak, hope it's big enough to cover the 3 of us. Quick-witted YW thought of a better one. Get Doraemon's ren4 yi4 men2 the portable door that
Doraemon pulls out of his front pocket aka ba1 bao3 dai4 & it can lead to anywhere & everywhere.
Use it to go home & sleep. The ever-so-creative Cloud (which happens to be me) immediately thought of something better ^o^v
Use it to go Switzerland & ski. Save on transport costs!! Oops! Wait... No.. Wrong season.. It's not yet winter season.. How to ski??
After sometime, we heard a loud booming voice of a man, saying 'Oei!' Then a girl's voice saying sth.. Can't make out the conversation. So we suspected someone/group was hiding downstairs & got hauled back by whoever's patrolling. Ok.. I just let out the fact that we aren't on ground level. Actually we contemplated moving to another more secluded place from our current location, which involves some climbing (which shouldn't be too diff) & we could see some footprints there. Hehe.. Which means more than 1 teejay cians are as smart as us.
But safely first la.. Falling from heights?? Don't pray pray arh!
For those who don't know this
exclusive spot? Go rack your brains kay? haha even after spending so much time in the campus, i never knew of the place's existence as it's highly inaccessible -the only door that leads to the place is perpetually locked if im not wrong (hey man! that's another clue!)
Hmm *hand on chin* that makes a good ghost story setting~
As i'd mentioned before that spot we remained in is secluded -so
ulu-ulu that we were sort of being cut off from the rest of the world 与世隔绝 Woots.. We didn't even know celebrations ended until we msged our friends to ask. By then, the campus' already buzzing with people. We had this strange feeling -like we got thrown back into the noisy world after spending some time in the serene world of our own within minutes or maybe seconds. WEIRD.
Went for lunch after that & headed back to school for self-study in the library. Aha! Finally we can go to somewhere with air-con 'legally'. Surprised to see all the ground level central area's sofas taken up by sleeping students. I wonder why they wanna stay in sch & sleep though there's no lessons & cca activities & the sch gates are wide open.
Maybe the sofas are too comfortable to resist??
Haha refer to my 17 july post on 'sofas in the lib' for interesting observations.
ClouD thinks time simply flies.. in the twinkle of an eye.. It's National Day!

Beautiful Orchids~
In vivid shades of purple-pink..
A lil pot of orchids which my Mum just bought.. Just blossomed..
Little things in life.. Can either be appreciated or be ignored. Like flowers blooming.. Short-lived it may be, but the beauty in itself is enthralling.Shall let it's beauty live on forever.. -in my photo library that is..
Loved the shadows cast by the pot of orchids against the white wall.

Spotted a copy of this book called
'My Love' in PageOne Vivocity, which i really liked but it had the word 'Sample' stamped on the side of the pages. I couldn't find another copy so i asked the sales person for assistance. It turned out to be the last copy in the store. She said it was for sale, but i didn't want to buy it as it isn't in good condition since it was unwrapped & had 'Sample' stamped on it, somemore there's no discount for that supposedly not-for-sale sample copy. Bleahs.. Couldn't find it in Kinokuniya Bugis too =x No time to head down to Kino in Orchard.
As the title says, it's about Love. A chinese pocket sized book with a hot pink cover that makes it impossible to miss. Very sweet... With cute illustrations to go with the short paragraphs...
Talking about my own lovestory... Hmm.. there isn't any to begin with. Lolx. Sianz..
My 桃花运 has always been bad, maybe something like what Rainie describe herself as '异性绝缘体' Lolx.
But 随缘 la.. I aren't that despo to the extent that i need to 摆桃花阵 like Jolin to 招好桃花

NAPFA test -2.4km run
Slow. slow. slow
Mon's group pe's the last grp pe of the year (^o^v) so i thought we'll be having lighter pe since we'll be running our 2.4 on thur. WRONG. Oh man, i should have just ponned like some of the rest of my cgmates. Haha.
Stupid circuit training -4 rounds around the track + stupid tedious exercises to be done after each round left me with intense muscle aches on my arms on the day itself (that's fast!) & somehow my legs began aching the very next day.
Tight thigh muscles affected my running yesterday. Started to walk at the start of the 3rd round, i reckon i look like a complete idiot as i tried massaging my legs while walking. Not much of use though. My legs are pretty screwed that morning.
Shhheett.. Almost thought i couldn't make it..
But..
I don't want the 1st 2 rounds to go to waste.
Persevere!
So i walked for a short while during my 4th & 5th rounds to soothe the pain in my legs.
Eventually i clocked 13:16 got position card no. 17
Hehe got my A (as usual) with 'ease' but i felt it's a wasted opportunity -i wanted to break the 13min barrier with lesser walking initially, but i ended up walking a whole lot more... =x
Now... My calves are also aching.. Gosh..
Won't be running much from now on. Running too much isn't too good for flat-footers like me..
SiAnzz.. still rmb what that physiotherapist said to me the last time (if u've been reading my blog haha in my prev post i mentioned sth she said 'U're
extremely flatfooted & can
kill an ant by stepping on it')
Never mind about how many ants i had killed on the track..
IT'S OVER!!!
